What Is 4kscore Test?

Q:
What is 4kscore test?

A:
The 4kscore test helps provide men with an accurate and personalized measure of the risk for agressive prostate cancer.

The test relies on the measurement of four prostate-specific kallikreins: Total PSA, Free PSA, Intact PSA, and Human Kallikrein 2 (hK2).  Also, the result would be combined with the specific clinical information of individuals to give physicians a personal score for each patient.

It is estimated that the risk percent score from <1% to >95% of a man has aggressive cancer in a prospective biopsy.
