Not really. There are several types of bone marrow cancer: multiple myelomas, lymphomas, leukemia, etc. Leukemia belongs to one of them.

Bone marrow cancer starts in the marrow inside your bones. It is a spongy tissue found in the center of some bones, including the hips and thighbones.

However, leukemia is the cancer of white blood cells, it start in blood cells.

The symptoms of bone marrow cancer and leukemia overlap sometimes, but bone marrow cancer has more various symptoms than leukemia, such as bone pain or fractures, and hypercalcaemia (high level of calcium in the blood because of bone breaking).
