How Do I Know My Blood Sugar Is Higher Except for "Three Polys and One Little"?

Q:  I am 30 years ols, male.  I know diabetes features “three polys and one little”. But except for these four signs, how do I know my blood sugar is high?

Here are the symptoms of hyperglycemia:

1.More urine, dry skin and dehydration.

2.Extreme thirst.

3.Nausea, vomiting and abdominal discomfort.

4.Anorexia, weight loss, weakness.

5.Fast heartbeat, slow and deep breath.

6.Rising blood sugar test value.

7.A positive reaction to urine sugar.
