Is high PAS level definitely counted as the prostate cancer? What are the respondent PSA numbers in prostate cancer?
Not necessarily.
Sometimes prostate cancer doesn’t come with elevated PSA levels while a prostate infection or benign enlargement may has high PSA levels. Usually, the PSA levels range from stage 1 to stage 4 with the following score.

Stage 1
Gleason score: <6
A PSA level: <10

Stage 2a
Gleason score: <6
A PSA level: 10~20 ng/mL

Stage 2B
Gleason score: ≥8
A PSA level: ≥20.

Stages 3 and 4
PSA level and Gleason score do not help in this stage since it’s the very advanced one. CT scans, MRIs, PET scans, and biopsies are recommended.
