You find soluble fiber in foods such as:

  • Carrots
  • Barley

Insoluble fiber, on the other hand, is found in things like:

  • Whole-wheat flour
  • Wheat bran
  • Nuts
  • Beans
  • Cauliflower

  • Potatoes

Drink plenty of water.

Be wary of certain foods:
