For people with diabetes, changing diet completely is usually the first thing they need to do to.

Some research say that coconut oil can reduce the symptoms of type 3 diabetes but the other say such oil causes more fat buildup and greater insulin resistance in rodent’s body.

There is not yet any study on the coconut oil’s affect on type 1 diabetes.
