Actually no. According to the studies, there is no evidence that shows rosacea can spread through skin contact or through bacteria in the air.

However, there is some evidence that shows rosacea might be hereditary. What’s more, certain ethnic backgrounds may also make you more likely to have the disease, especially when you have Scandinavian, Scottish, Welsh or eastern European descent.
