Should I Stop Drinking Milk for A Better Diabetes and Hypertension Management?

I am a female patient with diabetes and hypertension. My Blood glucose fasting is 6.8 and after meal glucose gets 11.7. My blood pressure is136,108. With these conditions, can I drink milk every day?
