Crazy about what to eat while afraid of gaining weight?

With a weight-loss diet of your own and your persistence, you would probably avoid putting on pounds and even succeed in weight loss.

But first remember, dropping pounds fast is never more important than achieving it safely. So, what should we do through diet changes? The following are some basic guidelines.

  • Have more fruits and vegetables. You can either eat them directly or add them to other foods like omelets, spaghetti, or low-fat ice-cream.
  • Drink enough water and look for water-rich foods
  • Try beans, peas, and lentils. They have similar amounts of protein as meat but less fat
  • Choose whole grains in the morning. Fiber and protein can keep you feeling fuller, longer.
  • Cut back on high-fat ingredients such as meat and cheese, pepperoni or sausage.
  • Avoid cookies, chips and other packaged foods. Although they can taste great, they have a lot of calories little nutrition.

Keep track of what you eat everyday and the intake of your calories. Try to make a little change every time you find possibility for improvement in your diet.

Remember, eating healthier foods doesn’t mean eating less. You should work on your own diet effective for your condition instead of sticking to a “standarded” one from others.
