I have had frequent chest pain for almost two weeks on and off. I have a 10 years diabetic history. Is there something wrong with my heart?

  • Shortness of breath.
  • Feeling faint.
  • Feeling dizzy.
  • Excessive and unexplained sweating.
  • Pain in the shoulders, jaw, and left arm.
