  • Neck
  • Spine
  • Knees
  • Feet

What causes bone spurs?

Usually they come after an injury to a joint or tendon. When your body system thinks your bone is damaged, it tries to fix it by adding bone to the injured area. Then bone spurs create. Other causes of bone spurs include:

What symptoms I may feel?

You might not realize you have a bone spur until you get an X-ray. When they cause problems, you might feel:
