My father was diagnosed with the advanced prostate cancer. I want to prepare the following diets as good as possible. What are the nutrition guidelines in general?

  2. Control your fat intake into a minimum amount.
  3. Watch your calcium intake, less than 1,500 mg of calcium a day.
  4. Eat more fish.
  5. Avoid trans fatty acids.
  6. Eat olive oil cooked tomatoes, and cruciferous on a weekly basis.
  7. Avoid smoking.

In a word, it’s good to make a healthy diet for your father, consisting of lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish, and healthy oils.
