Are Symptoms of Type 3 Diabetes Similar to Dementia?

Type 3 diabetes, is a disease related to the brain instead of the insulin.

When a person suffers from type three diabetes, he or she is more likely to experience memory loss. Many signs and symptoms of type 3 diabetes, namely, Alzheimer’s are similar to dementia.

Type 3 diabetes features memory loss and confusion, so does dementia. However, the memory loss and confusion caused by Alzheimer’s is irreversible while the same signs caused by dementia of other types can recover.
At present, doctors have sometimes difficulty diagnosing type three diabetes, unless with the help of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
