What is the Best Type 2 Diabetes Food List?

Food management matters in diabetes. You can start your self-management of diet in the following 6 aspects.

1. Starches
Whole grains, such as brown rice, oatmeal, quinoa, millet, or amaranth is good for diabetes, as well as baked sweet potato.

2. Fruits & Vegetables
Fresh fruit with no or low sugar comes as the first choice. Fresh veggies such as kale, spinach, and arugula are recommended.

3. Protein

4. Dairy
