    Meanwhile, do not drink too much; otherwise, you may find that the swelling worsens.
  • Eat enough protein
    Protein can prevent your fluid flow from the bloodstream to your tissues.
    Many foods contain health protein, such as legumes, eggs, fish, poultry, nuts, lean meats, etc.
