A healthy diet with balanced nutrition from a variety of sources is a good way to support the immune system. Vegetables are very good, as is fruit like apples and bananas. Citrus fruits can cause problems for some people, though not for others.

In general, foods with a lot of nutritional factors, such as calcium, vitamins, proteins etc, nourish our skin. Vitiligo patient should keep in mind the seasonal natural foods in mind, such as seasonal vegetables, fruits, beans and nuts etc.
